Before installation, ensure that all items are present and undamaged.
Assemble your Hansdhwani Turntable
Step 1 — Base Plate Placement
Place the four support feet plates on the surface where the turntable will be installed.
Carefully place the base plate on top of these four plates.Use a bubble level or alignment tool to ensure that the base plate is perfectly level. Proper leveling is essential for accurate playback.
Step 2 — Install the Support Motor
Insert the small Swiss Maxon support motor into the provided hole in the base plate.
Route the motor wire beneath the base plate so it can later be connected to the main motor unit.
Step 3 — Install the Plinth
Place the plinth carefully on top of the base plate. Ensure that the springs present on the base plate fit correctly into the corresponding holes on the back side of the plinth so that both components lock together securely.
Check the alignment again using a level. The feet beneath the plinth can be rotated to adjust the height and achieve perfect leveling.
Step 4 — Bearing and Platter Installation
Place the bearing vertically at the center position and secure it using the three Allen bolts.
After securing the bearing:
Place the platter onto the bearing
Tighten the platter knob
Place the rubber mat on top of the platter
If the bearing is already pre-installed, simply place the platter and secure it with the knob.
Step 5 — Install the Brain Motor
Place the main brain motor unit into the designated slot in the turntable body.
Ensure that:
The motor pulley faces the platter
The switches face outward on the left side
Connect the cable coming from the brain motor to the cable from the support motor.
Step 6 — Install the Belt
Take one platter belt and install it so that it connects:
The motor pulleys
The platter
The belt must hold both motors and the platter securely.
Step 7 — Connect Power Supply
Connect the included cables as follows:
Connect one end of the aviation cable to the power supply box.
Connect the other end to the 15V power socket on the brain motor.
Connect the 220V power cable to the power supply box.
Plug the power cable into your household electrical supply.
Your turntable is now ready for operation.
Place your vinyl record on the platter rubber mat and carefully position the tonearm onto the record. Enjoy the rich analog sound of vinyl playback.
Operating Instructions
After the setup is complete, follow these steps to operate the turntable.
Turn ON the switch on the power supply box. The button indicator light confirms that power is being supplied.
Press the button on the brain motor to activate the internal 15V circuit.
Use the speed toggle switch to select the desired playback speed:
33 RPM
45 RPM
78 RPM
Use the pitch controller to fine-tune the speed if necessary.
Press the red calibration button to store and stabilize the selected speed.
All changes and speed values will be displayed on the motor display.
